The impulzity Soft Skills Certificate provides clarity and security.

The impulzity system works with the small steps method. For this reason, it provides at least one highly individualized impulze per day. Over the course of a year, this amounts to 240 impulzes per role (Team Member/Team Leader). In other words, you receive up to 240 learning opportunities. If you use a certain percentage and work on the impulzes consistently, you will receive the impulzity Soft Skills certificate.

Completion of an impulze takes place by going through the 3 methodical steps of learning, doing and reflecting. Each impulze is structured in such a way that it can be worked through in just 2 minutes. For the first time, learning, doing and reflecting is brought together in space and time, making this one of the most effective forms of learning available. The small steps method allows you to progress steadily, consistently and successfully – progress very far!

Anyone who holds an impulzity Soft Skills Certificate has valuable knowledge and competence, as well as the necessary understanding in dealing with themselves and others (self-knowledge and knowledge of human nature). As these skills are becoming increasingly important, it is worthwhile developing your soft skills further. The impulzity program is completed in 4 phases. Each phase focuses on 1 topic and lasts 90 days. After these 90 days, the corresponding Soft Skills Certificate is obtained and issued.

After completing all 4 Certified Practitioner Certificates, this person receives the impulzity Cerified Master Certificate for the corresponding year. The impulzity Annual Certificate confirms interdisciplinary knowledge and competence as well as endurance. Those who consistently stay on top of soft skills and actively acquire knowledge and skills generally have a greater impact in their working environment.

The impulzity system works with 2 different roles. The Team Member role is the basic role for ALL. As a team member, the focus is on self leadership and team leadership impulzes.

In addition to the Team Member role, individuals with a leadership function also take on the Team Leader role. The People Leadership impulzes are at the centre of the Team Leader role.

Every individual is a multi-layered and sophisticated being. That’s why it is valuable to constantly educate and develop yourself in the area of soft skills. It is similar to brushing your teeth 2×2 minutes a day – if you stop, your teeth will fall out.

With the impulzity soft skills program, individuals can continuously and consistently stay on track. Over the course of several years, knowledge and skills are not only strongly built up but also compressed.
