How does the future of work look?

In «the future of work», people need to manage more things at the very same time. They have to organize themselves, manage their time, deal with joy and frustration, reorient and motivate themselves every day.

They have to be able to express themselves, they have to understand others in order to achieve results together. That’s quite a lot!

Increased complexity, constant change, digitalization, remote work, increased competition and economic pressure require more flexibility, speed, continuous learning and implementation.

The more work is taken over by machines, the more important the effectiveness of the individual and human-to-human communication will become. This requires a rapid and continuous reskilling and upskilling of soft skills.

Organizational structures are becoming more decentralized and informal, hierarchies are developing into network structures. In this context, the importance of the individual is increasing.

Quickly recognizing individual talents and resources and making optimal use of them will become the decisive success factor for people and organizations.

A new leadership concept is needed that is effective for ALL:
